Who operates Reckoning Figures

Reckoning Figures is operated by Emmanuel Olagunju. Questions about privacy or support can be sent to support@reckoningfigures.com. Emmanuel monitors this inbox each weekday. Our target is an initial reply within two business days; resolving a request may take longer.

What the app stores

Guest practice, learning preferences and character choices can be stored in your browser. Account features use Firebase for sign-in and saved learning records, including completed figures, XP and activity days. School features store memberships, class invitations, assignments, results and support messages. Pilot applications include the details entered in the application form.

Who can see learning records

School access depends on membership and role. A linked parent can see the progress shared through the family workspace. The student can disconnect that family link. Removing a link or school membership is not the same as deleting an account or its records.

Email, payments and analytics

Firebase supports account services, Resend delivers branded service emails, and Stripe handles live checkout, billing and invoices. We keep purchase identifiers, plan and entitlement status to connect your payment with app access. Optional Google Analytics on the public marketing website runs after you allow it. You can change that choice using Analytics preferences on the homepage. The learner and staff workspaces do not install that marketing analytics script.

Pilot retention plan

Our approved plan is to review pilot records when the pilot ends and remove them within 90 days unless the learner continues using the service or an agreed school requirement applies. The cleanup process, including handling of email records and backups, is still being prepared and verified. Automatic deletion is not currently enabled. We will finalize these arrangements before school enrollment.

Your choices and questions

You can use guest practice without creating an account. Student access is currently limited to ages 13 and older, including school and parent-linked accounts. Under-13 enrollment and its consent workflow are postponed. A school invitation is not, by itself, evidence that the school’s privacy and consent arrangements are complete.

To request an export or deletion, open Account data requests, or contact support@reckoningfigures.com. Do not email passwords or payment-card details. Requests are reviewed manually after we verify account ownership. An identity and personal-progress export is available through our support workflow; school, family and other records require additional review to protect other people’s information. A deletion request is not complete until we confirm the outcome, including any retained records and the reason. Cancel monthly renewal through Profile → Manage billing before deletion; contacting support alone does not cancel a subscription.
